  • Silently read this example of a sense of place essay (it does not have environmental ethic or energy production, but it is an example of how to SHOW the reader your ideas rather than tell them)
  • React to the story:  What is good? What is bad? What type of sense of place do each of the four vignettes try to show? What is the final message of the story?
  • Class discussion of reactions to the story.
  • Small group station activity:  We'll get through 2 stations today.

End of class Wednesday:
If you need poster printed on plotter, email to Ashley in correct formatting!

End of class Thursday:
  • Print refined essay, mount on construction paper AND email Ashley a copy of your final essay. I will bring your essay to exhibition
  • Artist Statement: Print and mount your final artist statement AND email Ashley a copy.  I'll bring it to exhibition.
  • Mount your visual piece if you need to for exhibition display
Bring to Exhibition:
  • Visual Piece is due at exhibition.  Please bring it with you to exhibition.
End of Class on Friday:
  • DP Update/Project Reflection
